The divine purpose of creation, so far as man’s reason can grasp it, is expounded in the vedas. The rishis taught that each human being has been created by god as a soul which will manifest some special attribute of the infinite before resuming its absolute identity. All men, endowed thus with a facet of divine individuality, are equally dear to god. Looking back there are a few key people who helped a lot to get you to where you are today. Of course you said Thank you ​at that time but did you ever noticed that How huge an impact they would be making? The marketing teacher who said “You are really good at this” would be extremely happy to know that he inspired you and that you now run one of the most successful marketing agencies in the world. Your first boss who identified your talent and hard work and gave you that promotion would appreciate knowing how far out of the park you have hit it since then. Why it is so important: ​‘Thank You’ is one of the most important phrases in the english Language. Thank you shows our appreciation and convey our Gratitude but more than this it is a sign of respect to the person who has helped you. It is an indication which shows that you do not take them for granted and an acknowledgement that they matters. It is true that every person became happy when someone praise his work, especially when his boss praises. When anybody in the company doing great work it is his boss responsibility to say Thank you for that work and build up his confidence to continue the performance. Here I discuss some of the ways by which you can say thank you to the employees of your company for their wonderful work.

1. Organize stage event: ​When your staff doing good work, you should appreciate them. For this you may organize a stage event and call the employee on stage who has good performance. you can honour him by his certificate of appreciation or some trophy or any reward. This will make the employee happy and motivate other employee to give their 100% to the work.

2. Arrange one-day trip: ​You can give one-day trip as a reward for your best Performer in your company. For this you can take him for a lunch or can take him To any mall for shopping. You can enjoy with your employee. This will create a good image of yours in his mind and thinks that you much you care for your employee and this will increase the bonding between both of you.

3. Send personal notes: ​For praising your staff member you can send them citation. You can send Thank You and appreciate employee. By his they will be happy and put more effort in their work. You can share some of the motivational quotes and Talk to praise them.
